Sapphire Mule 🫐🥶

• 5 cl Enchanted Gin "Sapphire Mist" (Blueberry Gin)
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10 cl ginger beer
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint and blueberries for garnish

1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in gin, lime juice, and Angostura bitters.
3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and fresh blueberries.
