Blue Velvet Fizz 🔵✨

• 5 cl Enchanted Gin "Sapphire Mist" (Blueberry Gin)
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cl simple syrup
• 6 cl tonic water or soda
• Ice cubes
• Fresh blueberries and a lemon zest for garnish

Blue Velvet Fizz 🔵✨

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Top with tonic water or soda and stir gently.
4. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
