Mystic Peach Sour 🍑🍋✨

• 5 cl Enchanted Gin "Amber Glow" (peach gin)
• 3 cl lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 2 cl simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water)
• 1 egg white (or 2 cl aquafaba for a vegan version)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Peach wedge & thyme sprig for garnish

Mystic Peach Sour 🍑🍋✨

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and Angostura bitters in a shaker.
2. Shake vigorously (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create a creamy head.
3. Add ice cubes and cold shake again until the drink is well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or tumbler glass.
5. Garnish with a thin peach slice and a sprig of thyme.
