Crimson Cherry Sour 🍒✨

• 5 cl Enchanted Gin "Ruby Fire" (Cherry Gin)
• 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cl simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water)
• 1 egg white (or 2 cl aquafaba for the vegan version)
• 2 dashes cherry bitters
• Ice cubes
• Fresh cherry & lemon zest for garnish

Crimson Cherry Sour 🍒✨

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and cherry bitters in a shaker.
2. Shake vigorously (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create a creamy head.
3. Add ice cubes and cold shake again until the drink is well chilled.
4. Strain into a coupe or tumbler glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh cherry and lemon zest.
